Upcoming Research

 

Rather than giving a heads up on future petitions to the Food and Drug Administration, the NTEF has elected to keep certain projects confidential until submitted.

February 2010:  Gathering cases on potential adverse reactions to Angel Perfume regarding pregnancy issues, to determine if a larger sample is warranted.

Upon information and belief, we have had Clarins cease manufacturing as an 'individual' product, "Expertise 3P".  We are currently verifying if they are including this 'product' in any of their other cosmetics.  Upon information and belief, Clarins was informed that "Expertise 3P" fit the criteria of a 'new drug', as claimed by the NTEF in a formal complaint letter to the FDA. Therefore, requiring Clarins to prove the 'claims'  they made regarding its intended use.

Working with the Clark County School District, EPA and Nevada Department of Agriculture in adopting IPM district wide.
